Ebay Seller Review: 38mobile

Hey Readers!

Recently, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy y, unlocked, via eBay. A bit of a risky move, some would say, but hey, who doesn't like a little risk?  I did a bit of research, found a seller with a decent price -- 38mobile -- checked my bank balance, and took the dive.

The fedex pricing was very decent, although the Canadian gov't decided to put some tax on it, but that's ok.  Not the seller's fault in the least. When I ordered it, he quickly sent me full instructions on who to call to confirm the delivery, and ensure it would arrive at the destination quicker -- advice i took of course.  I had ordered the phone on a Friday, and, as promised, it arrived on Monday. Not bad consiering it's coming from Hong Kong.

When I opened the box, I was quite pleasantly surprised to find that the seller had thoughtfully included a US-to-UK outlet adaptor for my phone's charger.  It also came with allthe original, factory sealed manuals and packaging, and all I had to do was set it up with my google apps account.

I also checked the phone for that notorious CarrierIQ, and was very pleased to find it clean.

All in all, this seller is top notch, and should I need a new phone in the future, I'd probably go with him again.
